Our client is a growing Multi-Family General Contractor working in the Southeast. Due to expansion, we are seeking a few quality Project Managers to round out their team!

The Project Manager coordinates and supervises: Multi Family, Student Housing or Senior Living Projects. The PM's report to the executive leadership team and interfaces with all parties involved in the project including development and ownership teams, authorities, design consultants, other consultants, field team members, contract administration and accounting, and subcontractors and suppliers.

Software Desired:

• MS Office Suite
• ProCore
• Plan Swift or other estimating software is a plus

Compensation Package:

Basic: up to $165,000.00
