Superintendent – Ground-Up Healthcare & K-12

We are seeking a ground-up superintendent who takes pride in running a clean, organised jobsite and delivering projects the right way. This is the kind of role where you’ll actually have the support and pipeline to do it. Our client, a well-established and growing general contractor, is seeking a field leader to take ownership of ground-up healthcare and K-12 projects across the Metro Atlanta area.

Your Role on the Job

• Drive the schedule and keep momentum from start to finish

• Lead subcontractors and maintain control of the jobsite

• Keep safety, quality, and production aligned every day

• Coordinate with project management to stay ahead of issues

• Own the field execution all the way through closeout

What They’re Looking For

• Experience running ground-up commercial construction projects

• Healthcare or K-12 experience is a strong plus

• Someone who knows how to keep a job moving without chaos

• A leader in the field, not someone who waits to be told what to do
