We are seeking experienced Industrial Project Managers for a General Contractor in Suwanee/Duluth area with operations in: Georgia, Michigan, Alabama, Indiana and Kentucky. Our ideal candidate has 5-plus years' experience working with an Industrial General Contractor. This growing company focuses on executing customized design/build for light industrial projects is seeking a Project Manager. The successful candidate will have the knowledge and experience to compliment the team. The Project Manager is empowered with decision making authority for all aspects of the project. The Project Manager is accountable to Senior Management for; project performance, including costs, schedule, quality, project status and adherence to company policies and programs; ensures project profitability, schedule adherence, safety and customer satisfaction; provides leadership and direction to other members of the project team, fosters relationships with all project stakeholders to further business development.

Education: University Degree or College Diploma in Civil Engineering, Engineering Technology/Architecture or Construction Management.

Experience: Minimum 5 years experience and well developed knowledge of the construction process, finance, and management. Knowledge and understanding of Company and industry practices, processes and performance standards.

Ideal candidate will possess:

• Strategic thinker, with demonstrated collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment and gain the support of others
• Complete familiarity with all phases of construction from Pre-Construction Services through Commissioning
• Previous experience working with engineers in a design build environment is a plus
• Experience and background in Light Industrial
• Ability to work in an international organization
• Ability to work independently
• Some Travel Required
