We are seeking a Controller for a growth company in North Georgia and utility segment. Our ideal candidate will be working currently an Accounting Manager, Assistant Controller or Project Accountant. This role directly works with the Owner and Head of Operations and is responsible for supporting the financial areas of the business and also assisting in the recruitment and onboarding of employees. This is a key position which will encourage the chosen candidate to grow and develop.

Some of the key responsibilities include:

• Month-end closeouts
• AP/AR
• Job Costing
• Reporting internally
• Payroll
• QuickBooks Desktop experience is required
• office budgeting
• liens
• equipment budgeting

On the HR Side

• workers compensation audits
• on-boarding
• some recruiting

We are seeking an experienced and resourceful Controller/HR Assistant who can work independently.

This is an office position based in North GA.
