The Role:
This is a cradle-to-grave project management role. You will take ownership of projects from the time estimating hands off the bid through pre-construction, client coordination, purchasing, project management, and final delivery.

You understand cradle-to-grave project management and enjoy being rewarded for your stellar performance. You are comfortable reviewing estimates, managing client communication, coordinating purchasing, and driving projects through completion.You know how to build strong relationships with general contractors while also protecting project margins and representing your company professionally. This is an opportunity for someone who wants real ownership of their work and a compensation structure that rewards performance.

Software:
This is a Procore shop. The company runs projects through Procore from beginning to end, so experience using Procore is important.
The Offer
• Base salary: $90,000 – $110,000
• Generous Performance-based bonus structure tied to project profitability
• 401k with 3% company match
• Additional 3% company contribution annually
• 80% company-paid health insurance
• 13 days PTO
