We are seeking an experienced senior estimator to take our client's estimating team to the next level. This is a 6-month consulting opportunity that involves training the existing team of estimators to:

• read construction plans
• create a workflow that enhances delivery and accuracy 
• coaching manager and team members in estimating 
• establishing best practices 
• making suggestions for improvement for the estimating department 

This is a remote position with some travel to the actual office to meet with the company in person.

Must haves: 

• construction background 
• architectural and design expertise 
• the ability to communicate and teach 
• gypsum flooring knowledge would be a plus.
