The Role
As VP of Growth, you’ll own the strategy and execution of customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth across digital, e-commerce, and membership channels. You’ll bring a data-driven mindset, creative vision, and proven leadership skills to build scalable systems that fuel long-term success.
What You’ll Do
📈 Lead Growth Strategy – Develop and execute strategies to accelerate customer acquisition and lifetime value across paid, owned, and organic channels
💡 Optimize Funnels – Oversee conversion rate optimization, A/B testing, and performance analysis to drive results
🤝 Cross-Functional Leadership – Partner with product, editorial, marketing, and creative teams to align growth strategies with brand priorities
💳 Own Revenue Levers – Manage growth for commerce, subscriptions, partnerships, and new digital offerings
📊 Measure & Report – Set KPIs, track performance, and provide insights to leadership to guide future strategy

What You’ll Bring
✔️ 10+ years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or digital strategy, ideally in media, wellness, or e-commerce
✔️ Proven track record of scaling user acquisition and revenue growth
✔️ Deep expertise in paid social, search, CRM, retention, and lifecycle marketing
✔️ Strong analytical skills paired with creative problem-solving
✔️ Experience leading and mentoring cross-functional teams
