Lifecycle Marketing Manager – Wellness & Digital Media Brand

With a robust content platform, thriving product line, and growing community, they are seeking a Lifecycle Marketing Manager to lead the development and optimization of customer journeys that drive retention, loyalty, and long-term value.


The Role

As Lifecycle Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for building, testing, and optimizing multi-channel communication strategies across email, SMS, and other touchpoints. You’ll work cross-functionally to craft personalized, engaging experiences that nurture relationships from first touch to loyal customer and beyond.


What You’ll Do

📬 Own Email & SMS Lifecycle Programs – Build and optimize automated journeys including welcome, onboarding, retention, win-back, and post-purchase flows.

📈 Analyze & Optimize Campaigns – Use data to inform segmentation, improve messaging, and increase conversion and engagement.

🎯 Drive Personalization Strategy – Leverage behavioral, demographic, and transactional data to deliver relevant, targeted experiences.

🤝 Collaborate Across Teams – Work with brand, growth, content, and product teams to align lifecycle efforts with broader marketing strategies.

📊 Report on KPIs & Customer Health – Track campaign performance, retention metrics, and customer lifetime value to guide decision-making.


What You’ll Bring

✔️ Experience managing lifecycle and retention marketing for a DTC or content-driven brand

✔️ Strong knowledge of email/SMS platforms (Klaviyo, Iterable, Braze, or similar)

✔️ Ability to balance strategy and execution—comfortable working cross-functionally and diving into the details

✔️ Analytical mindset with a strong grasp of marketing metrics, segmentation, and A/B testing

✔️ Passion for wellness and customer-centric marketing
