As they continue to expand, they’re looking for a Brand Marketing Manager to help drive 360° brand initiatives, product storytelling, and community engagement from their Los Angeles HQ.
The Role
As Brand Marketing Manager, you’ll play a key role in shaping and executing brand campaigns across digital, retail, influencer, and experiential channels. You’ll lead go-to-market planning, build briefs, manage timelines, and ensure all initiatives are aligned with the brand’s identity and growth goals.
What You’ll Do
🎯 Lead Campaign Development – Build and execute creative, culturally relevant 360° campaigns for product launches and key brand moments.
📝 Craft Brand Messaging & Briefs – Own the development of creative briefs, ensuring consistency in voice and vision across all platforms.
🤝 Collaborate Cross-Functionally – Work closely with creative, product, digital, and comms teams to bring brand campaigns to life.
📈 Support Go-To-Market Strategy – Drive planning and execution across digital, retail, and influencer channels for new launches.
🛍 Support Retail & DTC Marketing – Collaborate on in-store marketing, packaging storytelling, and omnichannel alignment.
📊 Track & Report Performance – Monitor campaign results and consumer feedback to optimize future initiatives.
What You’ll Bring
✔️ 3–5 years of brand marketing experience in beauty, skincare, or consumer lifestyle brands
✔️ Strong understanding of campaign development and GTM strategy
✔️ Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an eye for brand tone and storytelling
✔️ Experience working in fast-paced, creative environments with cross-functional collaboration
✔️ Passion for skincare, cultural trends, and building strong brand communities
