The Role

As Senior Director of Supply Chain, you will lead procurement, production, logistics, inventory management, and fulfillment to ensure seamless product availability across all channels. You’ll work cross-functionally to enhance operational efficiency, optimize costs, and strengthen supplier relationships while keeping the supply chain agile and scalable.

What You’ll Do

• Lead Supply Chain Strategy: Develop and execute supply chain initiatives to support business growth and expansion.
• Manage Vendor & Supplier Relationships: Oversee sourcing, procurement, and negotiations to ensure quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
• Optimize Inventory & Logistics: Maintain balanced inventory levels across DTC and retail while minimizing waste and inefficiencies.
• Improve Operational Efficiencies: Identify and implement process improvements for supply chain scalability and sustainability.
• Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with product development, sales, finance, and operations to align supply chain efforts with overall business goals.
