The Role
As Formulator, you’ll play a key role in R&D, working hands-on to develop, test, and refine skincare and personal care products. From researching new ingredients to scaling up for production, you’ll ensure every formula aligns with the brand’s clean ethos while delivering real results.
What You’ll Do
🧪 Lead Formulation – Develop and optimize skincare, body care, and wellness products using clean, natural ingredients
🔬 Research & Innovation – Stay up to date on ingredient trends, sourcing, and natural preservation systems
📦 Scale & Test – Manage lab-to-production scale-up, conduct stability testing, and oversee quality control
🌱 Clean Ingredient Compliance – Ensure all products meet internal and external standards for clean, non-toxic beauty
🤝 Collaborate Cross-Functionally – Work with marketing, operations, and supply chain to bring new products to life
What You’ll Bring
✔️ 3–5+ years of experience in skincare or personal care formulation
✔️ Strong knowledge of natural and organic ingredients and their functions
✔️ Understanding of product development processes, including testing, compliance, and documentation
✔️ Ability to balance creative innovation with practical, scalable execution
