Fast-Growing Skincare Brand | Remote

We're partnering with an innovative, fast-growing skincare brand to find a VP of Finance — someone who can strengthen the financial foundation, sharpen forecasting and reporting, and help build the infrastructure to support the next stage of growth.

This is a great role for a finance leader who's equally comfortable thinking strategically and staying close to the details. You'll have real ownership and direct access to leadership in a founder-led environment that moves fast and values people who can get things done.

The Role

Reporting directly to the CEO, you'll lead financial planning, forecasting, accounting oversight, cash flow management, and financial infrastructure across the business.

You'll be a key partner to leadership on pricing, margins, inventory, and business performance — and you'll help build the systems and processes needed to scale.

What You'll Own

You'll lead budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning, manage working capital, oversee accounting operations, and develop the KPIs and financial models that drive decision-making. You'll also own financial reporting and partner closely with the CEO and leadership team on strategy, operational planning, and building scalable controls and systems.

What We're Looking For

The ideal person has 10+ years of finance, FP&A, or operational finance experience, ideally within consumer products, beauty, skincare, or wellness. You've worked in high-growth, founder-led businesses and know how to navigate the complexity that comes with that.

You have a strong command of cash flow, working capital, forecasting, and financial controls, and you understand the nuances of multi-channel consumer businesses. ERP experience is important — NetSuite is a plus.

You're analytical, pragmatic, a clear communicator, and someone who knows how to lead both up and across an organization.

Experience with inventory-intensive businesses, rapid growth phases, or operational transformation is a real plus.
