We are currently hiring a Social Media Manager to support the Director of Social Media at the brand. This role will play a crucial part in fostering, building, growing, and managing a strong community and social presence for the brand. The ideal candidate should have previous experience in overseeing social media channels for a high-growth business or startup, with the ability to drive engagement in a manner consistent with the brand.
As a Social Media Manager it is imperative that all messaging, replies, content, and crisis management across platforms are timely, align with the brand's identity, and exhibit empathy to cultivate a loyal and satisfied community. The incumbent must remain vigilant about the brand's presence, evaluating potential consequences of communications. This includes monitoring content publication and maintaining consistency of voice across platforms to ensure the company stays on course in terms of audience awareness and engagement.
This role is in the office 3 days per week in Beverly Hills, CA + 2 days remote
