About the Company

This innovative wellness brand is pioneering science-backed solutions to optimize whole-body health. With a rapidly growing direct-to-consumer presence, they are looking for a Head of Growth to lead and execute performance marketing strategies that fuel sustainable and scalable expansion.


The Role

As Head of Growth, youโ€™ll be responsible for owning and optimizing the brandโ€™s customer acquisition and retention strategy. You will lead paid media, lifecycle marketing, conversion rate optimization, and data analytics, working cross-functionally to maximize efficiency and accelerate growth.


What Youโ€™ll Do

๐Ÿ“Š Own Growth Strategy & Execution โ€“ Develop and implement a roadmap for customer acquisition, retention, and LTV optimization.

๐Ÿ’ฐ Lead Performance Marketing โ€“ Oversee paid media across platforms like Meta, Google, YouTube, and emerging channels.

๐Ÿ“ˆ Optimize Conversion & CRO โ€“ Leverage data insights to enhance website UX, checkout flows, and funnel performance.

๐Ÿ“ฌ Scale Retention & Lifecycle Marketing โ€“ Improve email, SMS, and loyalty programs to increase customer engagement and repeat purchases.

๐Ÿ”ฌ Leverage Data & Analytics โ€“ Track key KPIs, analyze trends, and refine strategies to drive revenue growth and efficiency.

๐Ÿค Collaborate Across Teams โ€“ Work closely with brand, product, and creative teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
