The Role
As Head of Growth, you’ll be responsible for owning and optimizing the brand’s customer acquisition and retention strategy. You will lead paid media, lifecycle marketing, conversion rate optimization, and data analytics, working cross-functionally to maximize efficiency and accelerate growth.
What You’ll Do
📊 Own Growth Strategy & Execution – Develop and implement a roadmap for customer acquisition, retention, and LTV optimization.
💰 Lead Performance Marketing – Oversee paid media across platforms like Meta, Google, YouTube, and emerging channels.
📈 Optimize Conversion & CRO – Leverage data insights to enhance website UX, checkout flows, and funnel performance.
📬 Scale Retention & Lifecycle Marketing – Improve email, SMS, and loyalty programs to increase customer engagement and repeat purchases.
🔬 Leverage Data & Analytics – Track key KPIs, analyze trends, and refine strategies to drive revenue growth and efficiency.
