The Role

As the Senior Director of Brand Marketing, you will lead the marketing department, overseeing community engagement, public relations, social media, digital marketing, and experiential campaigns. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to elevate brand awareness, drive customer acquisition, and enhance brand loyalty.


Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement actionable marketing strategies that align with the company's mission and growth objectives.
  • Campaign Oversight: Lead cross-functional teams to execute cohesive and groundbreaking campaigns across various marketing channels, including influencer partnerships, social media, community initiatives, paid media, public relations, and experiential marketing.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with product development and creative teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and storytelling across all touchpoints.
  • Market Analysis: Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and the competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
  • Innovation: Drive innovation and experimentation in marketing tactics to stay ahead of industry trends and consumer preferences.
  • Team Development: Manage and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.


Qualifications

  • Proven experience in brand marketing within fast-paced consumer goods or startup environments, preferably specializing in Gen-Z brands or the beauty/skincare industry.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive brand awareness and growth.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Strategic thinker with a creative mindset and a passion for beauty and skincare.
  • Data-driven decision-making skills with the ability to analyze complex data sets and derive actionable insights.
  • Experience managing large marketing budgets and delivering measurable results.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or a related field is preferred; however, relevant experience is highly valued.
