PR & Communications Manager

Location: LA or NYC | Hybrid

Salary: $75,000–$85,000 + benefits

A growing talent management firm representing leading creators is seeking a PR & Communications Manager to lead publicity for the firm and select talent. Partner with leadership and talent management teams on media relations, storytelling and strategic communications.

What you’ll own:

• Develop PR strategies, messaging and positioning for the firm and select talent.
• Build media relationships and secure coverage across press, podcasts and industry platforms.
• Lead publicity around talent milestones, brand partnerships and major cultural events.
• Coordinate interviews, speaking opportunities and appearances, including media preparation.
• Manage press materials, announcements, awards submissions and coverage reporting.

Ideal background:

3–5+ years of PR experience in the creator, entertainment or fashion space, with strong media relationships, top-tier coverage wins and experience leading publicity for individuals.
