Good People Recruitment is partnering with a consumer products company to hire an experienced Demand & Supply Planner.

We're looking for someone who enjoys solving problems, working with data, and ensuring products are available when and where they're needed.

The Role

You'll support forecasting, inventory management, purchasing, and supply planning. This is a hands-on position requiring strong analytical skills, sound judgment, and the ability to work independently.

What You'll Do

• Develop and maintain demand forecasts to support business needs.
• Analyze sales and inventory data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Coordinate purchasing and product availability with internal and external partners.
• Support supply planning and inventory management activities.
• Monitor stock levels and recommend improvements to inventory efficiency.
• Assist with planning for new products and changing business requirements.
• Collaborate across teams to improve forecasting accuracy and operational processes.
• Track purchase orders, delivery timelines, and supply-related issues.
• Help improve reporting, workflows, and planning practices.

What We're Looking For

• Experience in demand planning, supply planning, inventory management, or a related function.
• Background working with physical consumer products.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and experience using inventory or planning systems.
• Understanding of forecasting, purchasing, and supply chain processes.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
