The Role

As Director of E-Commerce, you’ll own the digital storefront end-to-end—driving revenue growth, optimizing the customer journey, and elevating the online experience. You’ll partner closely with growth, creative, and operations teams to ensure the site performs at a high level while staying true to the brand’s identity.


What You’ll Do

🛒 Own Ecommerce Performance – Drive revenue, conversion, AOV, and customer retention across the site

🧩 Optimize UX & CRO – Continuously improve site experience through testing, personalization, and data-driven insights

📦 Merchandising Strategy – Oversee product launches, site merchandising, and assortment planning

📊 Data & Analytics – Track performance metrics and translate insights into actionable improvements

🤝 Cross-Functional Collaboration – Partner with growth, creative, and operations teams to align campaigns, launches, and inventory

⚙️ Platform & Tools Management – Oversee ecommerce platforms (Shopify or similar), integrations, and third-party tools


What You’ll Bring

✔️ 7–10+ years of ecommerce or digital commerce experience, ideally within DTC, beauty, or lifestyle brands

✔️ Proven success driving revenue growth and improving conversion rates

✔️ Strong understanding of CRO, merchandising, and customer journey optimization

✔️ Experience with Shopify or similar ecommerce platforms

✔️ Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-informed decisions

✔️ Strong cross-functional leadership and communication skills
