We’re partnering with a beautiful, fast-growing natural skincare brand to find a Director of Brand Marketing — someone who can help shape the next chapter of the brand, grow awareness, deepen loyalty, and make sure every touchpoint feels intentional, elevated, and true to the customer.
This is a great role for someone who loves the intersection of brand strategy, storytelling, content, social, PR, product marketing, and creative direction — and wants to be close to the work while also leading the bigger-picture vision.
The company is rooted in clean, non-toxic skincare, traditional practices, and a belief that beauty should support your health, not work against it. They’ve grown quickly since launch and still have that scrappy, founder-led, mission-driven energy.
The Role
As Director of Brand Marketing, you’ll lead the development and execution of brand strategy across consumer touchpoints — from campaigns and product launches to content, social, PR, community, and brand storytelling.
You’ll work closely with the VP of Marketing and CEO, lead a talented internal team and agency partners, and help bring clarity, creativity, and consistency to the way the brand shows up in the world.
What You’ll Own
You’ll be leading brand strategy, creative direction, content, social, PR/communications, and product marketing.
This includes shaping campaigns, guiding storytelling, supporting product launches, building awareness with new audiences, strengthening loyalty with the existing community, and making sure the brand feels premium, consistent, and deeply connected across every channel.
You’ll also manage budgets, workflows, agency partners, and internal resources — so this is a role for someone who can think strategically and still get things moving.
What We’re Looking For
The ideal person has 8–10+ years of brand marketing experience, ideally within premium beauty, skincare, wellness, or DTC consumer brands.
You’ve led teams, built brands in high-growth environments, and know how to connect creative ideas to business goals. You understand content, social, PR, product marketing, and brand building — and you have a strong eye for storytelling, detail, and quality.
You’re creative, thoughtful, organized, collaborative, and able to bring both vision and structure.

In-person: Monthly meetings in So Cal + plus key business meetings as needed
Compensation: $175,000 + bonus participation + benefits
