Opportunity: Our client is an international software development company.

This role offers the chance to shape and lead the recruitment efforts of a growing company in the IT Services/Consulting Industry.

As a Director of Recruiting, your role involves overseeing all aspects of the recruitment process within your organization. This includes developing and implementing recruitment strategies, managing a team of recruiters, collaborating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, sourcing and attracting top talent, conducting interviews, negotiating job offers, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Your responsibilities also include analyzing recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of your strategies, staying updated on industry trends and best practices, and continuously improving recruitment processes to attract and retain high-quality employees.

Overall, your goal is to ensure that your organization has the right people in the right positions to achieve its objectives and maintain a competitive edge in the market while ensuring smooth operations.

Ideal candidate: have proven leadership success track record in International Talent Acquisition for Software Development / IT Consulting Area (Candidate has to be Polish resident and have the ability to invoice our client on monthly basis)


🔸Key responsibilities and tasks🔸

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies and processes to meet the staffing needs of Organization.
  • Build and manage all operational processes within recruiting to ensure operations run smoothly, and effectively and that all candidates have an excellent experience in their interactions with the Client.
  • Lead and manage a team of recruiters, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure their success.
  • Partner with hiring managers and department heads to understand staffing requirements and develop hiring plans.
  • Utilize a variety of sourcing methods to attract qualified candidates, including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
  • Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, qualifications, and fit for the organization.
  • Negotiate job offers and manage the offer process, ensuring a positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, employees, and external partners, such as recruiting agencies and universities.
  • Analyze recruitment data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of recruiting efforts and identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.

🔸What do we expect?🔸

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • 8+ years of recruiting experience in the IT industry
  • 3+ years of leadership experience 
  • 1+ years of global/multi-country leadership experience
  • Proven track record of successfully leading and managing recruitment teams and driving results.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and talent acquisition strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret recruitment data and metrics to inform decision-making.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment technology tools.
  • Proven track record of developing processes, policies, and procedures and implementing and managing Recruiting Operations.

  • Previous experience working with a rapidly scaling company of 200-500 people.
  • Experience in international recruiting in EU and US
