Head of Growth Marketing
Cybersecurity only works when the right organizations can find practitioners they trust. You will turn that trust into a measurable growth engine—qualified enterprise demand for advisory, testing, and incident response, plus digital sales for our training academy. This role exists to connect spend to paid contracts, fix the leaks, and scale what actually converts.
Performance Objectives
- Build a growth system that produces Marketing Qualified Leads which enterprise sellers close into paid cybersecurity contracts.
- Grow paid digital sales of cybersecurity training through a full-funnel program you own from first click to purchase.
- Tie every campaign euro to leads, opportunities, and closed revenue, and remove the steps where conversion dies.
- Prove new growth theses on test budgets, then scale only the plays that hit sales goals.
- Install shared definitions, reporting, and handoffs so marketing, sales, and training delivery work from one pipeline.
- Lead a small growth and content team to ship campaigns, offers, and experiments on a weekly cadence.
- Raise win rate and deal quality by giving account teams sharper targeting, messaging, and proof—not more noise.
Environment & Resources
You report into commercial leadership in a flat, practitioner-led cybersecurity firm of roughly 50–200 people. You partner daily with enterprise account executives, training coordinators, and brand/content specialists who serve international clients. The stack includes LinkedIn, Meta, YouTube and related social channels, Apollo, Pipedrive, Google Analytics, and Microsoft 365. You control a test-and-scale media budget aligned to sales targets, plus freelance and tool spend you justify with results. Work is Monday–Friday, 40 hours, flexible, with 1–2 remote days and coordination across time zones. English at C1 is the working language.
Essential Qualifications
- 5+ years owning campaigns that generated paid B2B or education sales, including at least 2 years leading people or a full funnel.
- A record of connecting ad spend to pipeline and closed revenue, and of killing channels that did not pay back.
- Hands-on fluency with paid social, outbound lead tools, a CRM, and analytics—not a slide-only view of growth.
- Advanced English (C1) for client-facing copy, international campaigns, and cross-team decisions.
- Comfort explaining cybersecurity services and technical training to buyers without watering down the expertise.
- An optimistic, numbers-first style: initiative, clear communication, and the habit of fixing conversion, not blaming the funnel.
Role Selling Points
- Two growth engines in one seat: high-ticket cybersecurity services and digital training sales.
- Direct line to practitioners and sellers—flat structure, no layers between insight and action.
- Private healthcare, a lifestyle and wellbeing allowance, flexible hours, and a personal training budget.
- Room to set the growth operating system while the firm is still early enough for your work to show.
