Our client is a leading international IT recruitment company (outsourcing/offshoring) with a strong presence in Europe, currently seeking a Head of Sales (Head of Business Unit) CEE to take ownership of their contract recruitment operations across the Central and Eastern Europe region. The role is based in Warsaw and offers a rare opportunity to shape the next phase of growth in this high-potential market.


🔸 Ideal Candidate 🔸

We are looking for a charismatic, commercially driven professional with a strong background in recruitment (agency or in-house) and a natural talent for leadership. You may already be managing a team, or you’re ready to take that next step into a people management role. You bring strong sales acumen, confidence in working with clients and consultants, and a flexible, entrepreneurial mindset. You speak fluent Polish and English, understand the regional IT talent landscape, and most importantly, you're available to start within the next 1–2 months.


🔸 Key Responsibilities 🔸

  • Lead and grow the CEE contract recruitment division, with full responsibility for revenue and delivery
  • Build a scalable, motivated team in Warsaw and other CEE locations
  • Define and execute a go-to-market strategy across SAP and non-SAP IT verticals
  • Drive new business development while nurturing key client accounts
  • Act as the face of the business in the region – lead by example, inspire, and coach
  • Take ownership of forecasting, budgeting, and achieving commercial targets
  • Report directly to the European Managing Director and collaborate across global units
  • Shape the local office culture and take a key role in talent development and succession planning


🔸 Your Profile 🔸

  • Minimum 5–8 years in recruitment, ideally in a 360 or sales-focused role
  • Proven sales experience and confidence in client acquisition
  • Ready for or already in a team leadership / managerial position
  • Commercially savvy, results-driven, and able to balance delivery with growth
  • Strong communicator with charisma and leadership potential
  • Fluent in Polish and English
  • Based in or open to relocation to Warsaw
  • Available to start within 1–2 months max
