Known for offering cutting-edge international payment solutions, FX risk management, trade finance, and API integrations, they are now looking for a Sales Executive – FX Financial Solutions to join their dynamic sales team. You come from an economic or finance-related academic background (or have a solid understanding of economics) and are excited by international markets and trading. You have some experience in cold calling or B2C/B2B sales—possibly in a bank or financial institution—and you’re highly motivated by success and earning potential. You're not afraid to go the extra mile to close a deal, and you thrive in a performance-driven, team-oriented environment.

- Research and identify potential corporate clients across multiple industries
- Initiate first contact through outbound calls with decision-makers (C-level executives)
- Understand client business needs and communicate tailored FX solutions
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and present value-driven financial offerings
- Develop deep expertise in the FX market and fintech solutions
- Hit and exceed activity targets and revenue goals in a fast-paced environment
🔸 Your Profile 🔸
- Academic background in economics, finance, or a related field
- Some prior experience with cold calling or sales (B2B or B2C, ideally banking/finance)
- Strong interest in financial markets and international business
- Fluent Czech and solid English (B2+/C1 spoken level required)
- Self-driven, ambitious personality – highly motivated by commission
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Able to thrive in a hybrid work setup (4 days in office, 1 day remote)

- Base salary during probation: 37,000-40 000 CZK gross/month
- After probation: 42,000- 48,000 CZK gross/month
- Uncapped monthly commission – 5% of the revenue generated
- (First-year estimate: earn 25–30% of your annual income in commission minimum)
