Opportunity: Our client is a US-based healthcare solutions provider.

Technical Project Manager (US Clients - remote): This role is key to managing a variety of software development projects, focusing on everything from project planning and execution to resource allocation and stakeholder management. The position involves approximately four weeks of travel annually, likely including quarterly visits to clients and additional meetings with internal teams.

This role offers a leadership opportunity to handle a portfolio of projects, manage cross-functional teams, and enhance client relationships, contributing significantly to the company's success. Ideal candidate: should have a strong leadership track record in managing US client projects within the healthcare technology or SaaS domains

(Candidate must be a Polish/Romanian resident and have the ability to invoice our client on a monthly basis).

🔸Key responsibilities and tasks🔸

  • Project Management: Plan, execute, and lead projects while managing both internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Team Leadership: Hire, build, and mentor cross-functional technical teams, ensuring clarity in roles and responsibilities.
  • Client and Stakeholder Communication: Act as the liaison between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders, managing updates on project status, resolving issues, and maintaining client satisfaction.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks in projects and teams, maintaining project integrity and success.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that project deliverables meet the highest quality standards and comply with client requirements.
  • Resource Allocation: Efficiently manage resources across projects to ensure optimal performance.
  • Budget Management: Monitor and control project budgets to prevent financial overruns.
  • Timeline Management: Manage project schedules, ensuring timely completion of milestones and overall project success.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain detailed records and reports on project progress and outcomes.
  • Foster a collaborative, transparent, and high-performing work environment.
  • Encourage curiosity, trust, and effective conflict resolution within teams.
  • Facilitate effective decision-making and problem-solving.
  • Provide detailed performance reports and communicate regularly with stakeholders and upper management.

  • Exceptional communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • Proven leadership and organizational prowess.
  • Robust experience in client-facing roles and managing executive-level relationships.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Project Management, with a preference for those with experience in healthcare technology or SaaS.
  • Experience managing remote or third-party teams in an Agile environment.
  • Comprehensive understanding of project management methodologies.
  • Technical proficiency, with experience in software development or quality assurance.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and accuracy.
  • Data-driven decision-making and strong analytical skills.
  • Creative, entrepreneurial, and proactive work ethic.
  • Expertise in version control and change management practices.
  • Familiarity with tools like JIRA and Confluence.
