Known for driving innovation at the intersection of nutrition and technology, they are currently seeking a Marketing Specialist with German to join their team and support their international expansion.
🔸 Ideal Candidate 🔸
The ideal candidate is a motivated marketing professional with an in-depth understanding of the German market and the mobile app industry, particularly in the Health & Fitness category. This person is a fluent German speaker (C1+), with strong English skills and a minimum of two years of experience in a similar role. They are highly organized, proactive, and able to work independently, with a passion for building communities and creating engaging content.
🔸 Key Responsibilities 🔸
- Develop communication strategies for international markets, especially the DACH region, and manage the official social media profiles.
- Create and maintain a content schedule aligned with project roadmaps and promotional calendars.
- Plan, prepare, and publish social media content (posts, graphics, reels, video, and animated materials) and actively build community engagement.
- Provide user support through social media by responding to messages, comments, and community discussions.
- Produce marketing materials such as e-books, infographics, and informational PDFs.
- Support performance marketing by creating campaign content.
- Write and publish newsletters, blog articles, and other marketing communications.
- Coordinate influencer marketing initiatives and perform market analysis and reporting.
🔸 Your Profile 🔸
- Fluent in German (C1+) and proficient in English (B2+).
- 2+ years of experience in marketing, ideally in an agency or marketing department.
- Proficient in Adobe Suite, Canva, Figma, or similar tools.
- Experienced in managing social media channels (minimum TT, IG, FB, YT).
- Familiar with social media management tools (e.g., SoTrender).
- Competent in Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) for reporting and presentation creation.
- Knowledge of the German market and the Health & Fitness app industry.
Bonus Skills:
- Knowledge of additional languages, such as Dutch or French.
- Familiarity with ChatGPT and prompt creation.
- Background or interest in nutrition.
