Our client is a fast-growing company in the IT sector, specializing in the delivery of complex technology projects for international clients. They are seeking an experienced Senior Business Development Manager to drive growth in the Polish market and support the development of their new office in Warsaw.

We’re looking for an exceptional individual with a strong commercial mindset and deep knowledge of the IT services landscape. You should have a proven track record in IT sales — particularly in software development or Time & Material models, and the ability to independently generate and close new business opportunities. You’re strategic, proactive, and capable of navigating high-level business conversations with key stakeholders. 🔸 Key Responsibilities 🔸

  • Actively acquire new clients across industries such as banking, insurance, telecommunications, and more.
  • Build and nurture long-term client relationships.
  • Lead commercial negotiations and prepare tailored proposals.
  • Represent the company at industry events, meetings, and conferences.
  • Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities.


🔸 Your Profile 🔸

  • Minimum 6 years of experience in IT sales, preferably in software development or T&M models
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written
  • Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
  • Strong command of modern sales methodologies and CRM tools
  • Highly goal-oriented, self-driven, and able to thrive under pressure
  • Solid understanding of the IT market and current trends

Base salary up to 17,000–20,000 PLN net + 15% commission on margin (uncapped!)
