Our client is a renowned international company operating in the IT recruitment and contracting space, currently expanding its Sales Team in Poland. They are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager (HUNTER), passionate about the tech industry and building strong, long-term partnerships.

You're someone who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, with a strong commercial mindset and a deep understanding of the IT outsourcing market. You have a proven track record in business development and feel comfortable managing complex sales cycles. You're a natural relationship builder, able to identify business opportunities and close deals while working collaboratively with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions.


🔸 Key Responsibilities 🔸

  • Drive business growth by acquiring new clients in Poland and across the CEE region
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with decision-makers in IT
  • Understand client needs and propose tailored outsourcing and contracting solutions
  • Manage the full sales cycle – from prospecting and negotiations to deal closure
  • Work closely with the Delivery Team to ensure smooth execution of client projects


🔸 Your Profile 🔸

  • 3–5 years of proven experience in IT/SAP Outsourcing or Technology Services sales
  • Strong knowledge of the Polish and European IT market
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both Polish and English
  • Commercially driven, with the ability to manage complex projects and multiple stakeholders
  • A proactive, team-oriented mindset with a passion for achieving results
