Rainier Recruiting is partnering with a national staffing company who is seeking a Sales Manager to lead New Hampshire sales operations. Compensation & Benefits:

  • Annual salary $80,000 - $100,000 base salary, $110,000+ OTE (negotiable).

Location: 100% onsite in the Londonderry, New Hampshire region. This position is in office usually 3-4 days per week with the remainder of time spent in the field with sales reps and meeting with customers.



Position Overview

We’re looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead business development and oversee a combined sales and recruiting operation. This role requires a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is passionate about driving revenue, and is skilled in both strategic planning and team management.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in outbound sales, excels at developing new business opportunities, and has experience mentoring teams to achieve aggressive growth goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish and grow client relationships through strategic outreach and direct engagement.
  • Develop and execute sales plans to generate new leads and expand into untapped markets.
  • Conduct presentations and client meetings to convert opportunities into long-term partnerships.
  • Lead sales and recruiting teams, including hiring, onboarding, training, and ongoing performance management.
  • Collaborate with other internal offices or teams to maximize client delivery and cross-sell services.
  • Own the P&L for the local office and be accountable for meeting financial targets, including revenue and margin goals.

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience leading sales teams with a strong track record of performance.
  • At least 7 years of experience in new business development or consultative sales.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Strong leadership, planning, and organizational skills.
  • Background in staffing, recruiting, or technical sales is highly preferred.
