The Business Development Manager plays a critical role in driving company growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities within the aerospace sector. This individual will focus on developing and executing sales strategies to enter new market segments and build long-term strategic partnerships. The role involves engaging with senior-level stakeholders, managing internal resources, and guiding the development of proposals and product offerings to meet customer needs. This position also contributes to the broader strategic planning and sales growth initiatives within the Americas region.
