Senior Recruiter (Go-To-Market Focus)
Location: New York, NY or San Francisco, CA (On-site)
Compensation: $150,000 – $210,000 base + equity

The Role
We’re seeking a Senior Recruiter to lead full-cycle hiring for all go-to-market functions. This individual will partner closely with leadership to define hiring strategy, build top-tier talent pipelines, and deliver exceptional candidate experiences.
This is an ideal role for someone who thrives in fast-paced, early-stage environments and enjoys building systems and processes from the ground up.
