Rainier Recruiting is partnering with a $300m global manufacturer of apparel who is seeking a regional sales manager to join its dynamic team. The opening is for a Regional Sales Manager, based in the Southeast USA with a preference for those living in FL, SC, NC, GA, AL, or TN. Compensation: $70,000-90,000 base salary plus inherited bonuses and commission from your territory. Average annual bonuses are $20,000- $25,000.
Location: Hybrid work-from-home and onsite customer visits. Candidates must live in Southeast USA.

Responsibilities:
-Execute the existing strategy for the business currently set by management.
- Develop Sales strategies, presentations, and proposals for new and existing businesses.
-Prospecting. lead-generation, cold-calling, and sales negotiations.
-Account and CRM management.
-B2B and B2C sales generation.
- Provide analysis and lead sales forecasting, product forecasting, budgeting, and planning within the region.
-This role will report to the National Sales Manager for the US.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of outside sales experience within or adjacent to industries requiring workwear.
-Fire Resistant Garment Sales experience is preferred.
-Workwear Sales Experience.
-Plus: Safety shoe sales experience
-Post-secondary education is preferred, but not required.
- Availability to travel domestically frequently and internationally occasionally.
- Strong organizational, planning, and strategic skills.
