Compensation: $63,500K to $69,000K OTE

Location: Candidates must have the ability and willingness to relocate anywhere within the Pacific Northwest

What this company can offer you:

• This privately-held company prepares trainees to manage a multi-million dollar location upon program completion.
• Over 2-3 years, trainees receive hands-on experience in various departments, including warehouse operations, counter sales, accounts payable and receivable, financial statements, purchasing, inside sales, project management, inventory management, and outside sales.
• The program also includes multiple training classes in electrical products, sales, and management held at various locations nationwide, facilitated by the company and its partners.
• This training equips trainees to become future leaders of the company.

Qualifications and Experience:

• 2-4 years of work experience
• Bachelor's Degree required
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
• Authorization to work in the United States without requiring work authorization sponsorship now or in the future
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Willingness to relocate within the Pacific Northwest
