Compensation: Base salary of $60,000 to $70,000 plus commission (expected total earnings $90,000–$120,000 year one and $120,000 to $140,000 year two)

Location: Denver, CO. This is an outside sales position- you will work from home and travel to local customer sites. Candidates must live in the territory.

Outside Sales Representative – Workplace Safety Solutions

What You’ll Do

  • Grow new business within a defined Seattle-area territory.
  • Prospect, qualify, and secure accounts in industries such as manufacturing, construction, and industrial services.
  • Manage the entire sales process — from first contact to signed contract.
  • Collaborate with a local support team for coaching, training, and resources.

What You Bring

  • 5+ years of B2B outside sales experience (safety, industrial, or related industries preferred).
  • Proven track record in full-cycle sales and territory management.
  • Highly motivated, self-directed, and goal-oriented.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
