Rainier Recruiting is partnering with a well known commercial office furniture dealer who is seeking an Operations Manager. The Operations Manager is responsible for leading all aspects of warehouse and logistics operations, including inventory, delivery services, refurbishing, storage, and facility maintenance. This role ensures that products are efficiently received, stored, and dispatched, aligning with the organization’s standards for service and cost control. This leader will also oversee teams across warehousing and field operations, focusing on workforce development, productivity, safety, and quality assurance. In partnership with executive leadership, the Operations Manager will support strategic planning, budget oversight, and ensure all equipment and facilities are properly maintained.
