Compensation: $120,000 - $200,000 base salary (negotiable based on experience) plus bonus and equity.
Location: In-office 5 days a week in San Francisco. Candidates must live in the San Francisco area and be willing to work primarily onsite.

About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced Senior Technical Recruiter to own full-cycle hiring for engineering and technical roles in a high-growth startup environment. You’ll design sourcing strategies, build recruiting infrastructure, and partner closely with leaders to scale the team while maintaining an extremely high talent bar.
