Competitive Compensation:

Base salary of $150,000 with on-target earnings of $300,000.

About the Role

This position is ideal for a seasoned Enterprise Account Executive with 5+ years of experience in technical sales, particularly in financial technology, API-based platforms, or selling into lending institutions. The right candidate consistently exceeds targets and has a history of navigating mid–six-figure enterprise deals with long sales cycles.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

  • Develop a deep understanding of the company’s products, integrations, and use cases.
  • Identify high-potential prospects and manage complex full-cycle sales processes—from discovery and solution design through negotiation and close.
  • Partner closely with leadership and marketing to shape long-term sales strategy and optimize performance across key revenue metrics.
  • Work cross-functionally with the broader go-to-market team to define outreach strategies and engage key decision-makers.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of enterprise opportunities, driving adoption of technology that transforms lending operations and customer experience workflows.

Role Details

  • Salary: $150,000 base
  • OTE: $300,000
  • Employment Type: Full-Time
  • Hiring Timeline: Immediate need
  • Open Headcount: 1–2 roles
  • Visa Support: Transfer candidates only
  • Work Model: Hybrid
  • Preferred Locations: New York City, Austin, or Washington, D.C.
  • Local candidates preferred; relocation support is available
  • Regular in-office collaboration encouraged without rigid attendance requirements

Ideal Candidate Profile

Experience

  • 5+ years in technical sales, ideally with exposure to FinTech, APIs, or enterprise software.
  • Consistent record of meeting or surpassing revenue targets.
  • Demonstrated success closing mid–six-figure enterprise contracts with 6–12 month sales cycles.
  • Experience selling to financial institutions, lenders, or similar client types.
  • Background in a fast-growing startup environment is highly desirable.

Skills & Strengths

  • Strong command of technical, contractual, and financial concepts relevant to enterprise software deals.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication.
  • Strategic negotiator with a talent for identifying, developing, and closing complex opportunities.

  • Your experience is limited to very large, mature tech companies without exposure to high-growth or early-stage environments.
