A VC funded startup is looking for a driven and strategic Enterprise Account Executive to lead new business growth within the private markets ecosystem. The ideal candidate has deep financial domain expertise and a proven history of managing full-cycle, complex solution sales. You will own relationships with C-level decision-makers, develop strategic sales plans, and close multi-million-dollar opportunities within institutional finance, investment management, and related markets. Compensation: $150,000- $200,000 base salary (negotiable based on experience) plus commission and equity. OTE $300,000- $400,000 year one. Commissions are uncapped.
Location: New York, NY (On-site) or California (Remote). Employees must be a US citizen or US Person living in the United States.
What You’ll Do

Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for the New York and California territories, targeting private fund managers, investment firms, and financial institutions.
- Lead consultative sales processes from prospecting to close, conducting in-depth discovery and quantifying ROI for executive-level stakeholders.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with leadership, product, and client success teams to ensure seamless onboarding and long-term account satisfaction.
- Manage a healthy pipeline of enterprise opportunities, with a focus on multi-year, high-value contracts.
- Contribute to building out the sales organization’s best practices and playbooks in a fast-moving, growth-stage environment.
Who You Are

5+ years of experience managing end-to-end enterprise sales cycles for complex financial or software solutions.

Proven record of exceeding multi-million-dollar annual sales targets.

Strong understanding of private markets, fund management, or institutional finance (experience in investment banking, corporate development, or real estate brokerage is highly valued).
- Background in SaaS or technology-driven solutions preferred, but exceptional candidates from finance-first backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
- High intellectual curiosity, emotional intelligence, and a consultative client-first mindset.
- Comfortable working independently while collaborating closely with leadership in a results-oriented culture.
Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary: $150K–$200K
