Compensation & Benefits:

  • Annual salary: $80,000 to $100,000 plus bonus (negotiable).
  • Position starts as a 3-6 month Contract-to-Hire status with intent on converting to FTE after 3-6 months.

Location: Onsite in Bellevue, WA 4 days a week, Work-from-Home on Fridays.


Position Summary:

The Associate Affiliate Manager will handle daily affiliate operations, support international partners, assist with campaign coordination, and ensure alignment with local compliance standards. This is a remote contract role with the potential to transition to full-time based on performance and business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Affiliate Support & Communications

  • Manage affiliate inbox and respond to inquiries from EU, UK, and Canadian partners
  • Serve as a liaison for international affiliate relationships
  • Provide top affiliates with updated creatives, product details, and marketing assets
  • Assist in onboarding new partners, including platform setup and content coordination

Campaign & Localization Support

  • Coordinate deliverables and execution for campaigns, product launches, and seasonal promotions
  • Assist in setup of international campaigns and delivery of localized assets
  • Draft and distribute regional affiliate newsletters and promotional updates
  • Review affiliate placements for compliance with local advertising standards

Operations & Compliance

  • Maintain records of affiliate gifting, campaign involvement, commission tracking, and outreach activity
  • Assist in monthly commission validation and partner payout reviews
  • Use data insights to identify high-performing affiliates and market opportunities
  • Monitor developments in EU privacy and advertising laws (e.g., GDPR, disclosure rules) and ensure program compliance

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work with internal business development, creative, and content teams to localize materials for regional partners
  • Coordinate with marketing and customer support to ensure consistency in messaging and experience
  • Share regional insights to inform campaign planning and strategy

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 2–4 years of experience in affiliate or performance marketing, preferably with international exposure
  • Knowledge of EU advertising and data privacy regulations
  • Strong organizational skills with a focus on communication and execution
  • Proficient in tools such as Excel or Google Sheets, and affiliate platforms like Impact, Awin, or Partnerize
  • Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus
  • Experience with newsletters, campaign planning, and product seeding is advantageous
