A VC funded startup is seeking a founding Account Executive to join as the first member of our go-to-market team. You’ll take the lead on introducing our cutting-edge AI platform to new customers, owning the full sales cycle from outreach to close. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building relationships, chasing major new accounts, and shaping the future of a company’s sales strategy from the ground up.
With a consultative, value-driven approach, you’ll become a trusted advisor to senior decision-makers—bridging customer needs with our product and engineering teams to drive adoption and market growth. Compensation: $125,000- $160,000 base salary (negotiable based on experience) plus commission and equity. OTE $250,000- $320,000 year one. Commissions are uncapped.
Location: 100% onsite in San Francisco, CA. Employees must be a US citizen or US Person living in the United States.
