Rainier Recruiting is partnering with a global, $100m consumer goods company in the wellness and personal health space is seeking a DTC Advertising Manager to lead and scale multi-channel performance marketing campaigns. This role focuses on driving profitable customer acquisition and retention through paid media across Google Ads (Search & YouTube), Meta, TikTok, and emerging platforms.

The right candidate is a data-driven marketer with a proven track record in optimizing paid media at scale. This position requires balancing strategy and execution—owning campaign performance, managing budgets, and partnering with creative and product teams to deliver measurable business growth.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Annual salary: $110,000–$130,000 plus up to 30%+ percent bonus (negotiable).

Location: Bellevue, WA. This position is onsite Monday-Thursday with an option to work-from-home on Fridays.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute paid media strategies across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and other emerging platforms.
  • Manage budgets and allocate spend to maximize efficiency while meeting CAC, ROAS, and CLV goals.
  • Build and oversee a structured testing roadmap for creative, audience segmentation, and funnel strategies.
  • Collaborate with creative and product teams to ensure advertising aligns with brand objectives and messaging.
  • Provide in-depth campaign reporting, insights, and actionable recommendations to leadership.
  • Explore and integrate new platforms, tools, and technologies to continually improve performance.
  • Lead and mentor team members, agencies, or external partners to ensure consistent results.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in digital performance marketing with a focus on Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and YouTube.
  • Proven success in profitably scaling paid media budgets.
  • Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience using Google Analytics 4, Tag Manager, attribution tools, and Excel/Sheets.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive both upper-funnel awareness and lower-funnel conversion strategies.
  • Prior experience managing agencies, external partners, or cross-functional teams is preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree required (marketing, business, communications, or related field preferred).
