Rainier Recruiting is partnering with a global, $100m consumer goods company in the wellness and personal health space is seeking a DTC Advertising Manager to lead and scale multi-channel performance marketing campaigns. This role focuses on driving profitable customer acquisition and retention through paid media across Google Ads (Search & YouTube), Meta, TikTok, and emerging platforms.
The right candidate is a data-driven marketer with a proven track record in optimizing paid media at scale. This position requires balancing strategy and execution—owning campaign performance, managing budgets, and partnering with creative and product teams to deliver measurable business growth.
Compensation & Benefits:
Location: Bellevue, WA. This position is onsite Monday-Thursday with an option to work-from-home on Fridays.
