Account Executive

Location: Bellevue, WA (100% Onsite)

Compensation:

  • Base salary: $80,000 – $100,000
  • On-target earnings: $160,000 – $200,000 (50/50 base + variable split)

A high-growth, cloud-based technology company is seeking an Account Executive to drive new business and expand existing customer relationships within the small to mid-market segment. The company offers a comprehensive SaaS platform that helps service-based businesses streamline operations, improve customer engagement, and increase revenue.

This role is ideal for a competitive, driven sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment and is motivated by both inbound opportunity conversion and outbound prospecting.

What You’ll Do

Drive New Business

  • Convert qualified inbound leads into closed business opportunities
  • Own the full sales cycle from discovery through contract execution
  • Build and manage a consistent pipeline to achieve and exceed quota

Generate Pipeline

  • Proactively source new opportunities through outbound prospecting
  • Partner with SDRs, marketing, and customer success to increase pipeline volume
  • Develop targeted strategies to engage prospective customers and secure meetings

Run a Consultative Sales Process

  • Conduct detailed discovery to understand customer needs, challenges, and priorities
  • Position solutions based on business impact, ROI, and operational improvements
  • Collaborate with technical resources to deliver tailored product demonstrations

Manage Deals & Customer Experience

  • Drive deals forward with urgency, organization, and clear next steps
  • Ensure smooth handoff to implementation and customer success teams
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers post-sale and identify upsell opportunities

Operate with Discipline

  • Maintain accurate CRM data, pipeline visibility, and forecasting
  • Continuously refine sales approach to improve conversion rates and efficiency
  • Contribute ideas to improve team performance and sales processes

What You Bring

  • 2+ years of experience in B2B technology or SaaS sales (SMB or mid-market preferred)
  • Proven ability to close business and manage a full sales cycle
  • Experience generating your own pipeline in addition to working inbound leads
  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
  • Highly motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented mindset
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple deals simultaneously
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
