Compensation & Benefits:

  • Annual salary: $80,000 to $100,000 plus bonus (negotiable).
  • Position starts as a 3-6 month Contract-to-Hire status with intent on converting to FTE after 3-6 months.

Location: Onsite in Bellevue, WA 4 days a week, Work-from-Home on Fridays.


Role Summary:

This position is ideal for someone highly organized, proactive, and passionate about partner success. You’ll work directly with the Business Development team to maintain smooth communications with affiliates, coordinate campaign logistics, and support operational workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

Affiliate Relationship Management

  • Manage the affiliate inbox and respond promptly to inquiries and support requests
  • Act as a day-to-day liaison for affiliate partners, providing timely updates and resources
  • Work closely with top-performing partners to ensure they receive necessary assets and information
  • Assist new affiliates with onboarding, including platform setup and launch readiness
  • Keep affiliates informed of new creatives, product updates, and campaign details

Campaign Coordination

  • Support the execution of affiliate campaigns, product launches, and seasonal promotions
  • Manage timelines, deliverables, and content approvals across initiatives
  • Help launch and track monthly and ongoing affiliate activations
  • Contribute to writing and distributing promotional emails and newsletters

Program Operations

  • Maintain program tracking tools such as outreach logs, commission records, and campaign calendars
  • Assist with processing affiliate commissions and validating payouts
  • Contribute to the creation and refinement of internal processes and documentation
  • Analyze affiliate data to identify growth trends, opportunities, and potential partner improvements

Collaboration & Communication

  • Partner closely with the Business Development Manager to ensure consistent affiliate support
  • Coordinate with creative, content, and media teams to deliver accurate, timely marketing assets
  • Share affiliate and campaign performance insights to support program optimization

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 2–4 years of experience in affiliate or performance marketing; experience in CPG or wellness sectors a plus
  • Excellent project management and organizational abilities
  • Strong communicator who is detail-oriented, responsive, and solution-focused
  • Proficient in spreadsheet tools (Excel, Google Sheets) and affiliate platforms such as Impact or ShareASale
  • Comfortable working in a collaborative, fast-moving environment
  • Previous experience with inbox support, newsletters, or campaign coordination is a bonus
