This team is looking for an energetic Admin Assistant to join and collaborate with our team at the San Francisco office. This role is vital in maintaining our goal of offering a top-tier workplace by delivering outstanding customer service to our employees and customers.
Compensation: $35.00 per hour plus occasional overtime
Location: Financial District, San Francisco, CA. This positions is 100% onsite with no opportunity for remote or hybrid work. Candidates must be willing to commute to the office Monday-Friday.
Position Overview
As the Administrative Assistant, you will serve as the primary contact for all visitors, clients, and staff members. You will oversee incoming phone calls, manage the reception area, and ensure smooth day-to-day office operations. You’ll work closely with team members and other departments to deliver a flawless experience for both internal staff and external guests.
