Rainier Recruiting is partnering with a international laboratory equipment manufacturer who needs to hire a strategic, revenue-driven Service Manager to lead a distributed service organization of 17 engineers across the U.S. and Canada. This role is a backfill for a recently promoted General Manager and is ideal for a candidate with strong business or sales leadership experience rather than someone who has come up solely through service technician roles.
This is not a reactive, maintenance-focused role. We are looking for a proactive leader who is motivated by growth, performance metrics, and customer satisfaction—someone who brings a business mindset to service management and is comfortable with revenue accountability. Compensation: $100,000 to $125,000 salary plus bonus. Year One OTE will be $150,000-$180,000.
Location: 100% Remote (Preference for East Coast; West Coast acceptable with flexible hours)
