Location: 100% onsite in Redmond, WA.

A growing technology manufacturer developing advanced healthcare-related products is hiring a Receiving & Inspection Associate to support inventory, incoming inspection, logistics, and shipping operations. This is a hands-on role within a collaborative, fast-paced environment where attention to detail and reliability are highly valued.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working across receiving, inventory control, inspection, and shipping functions in a manufacturing setting.

What You’ll Be Doing

Receiving & Inventory

  • Receive incoming materials and enter receipts into the ERP system
  • Inspect incoming parts using basic inspection tools and documented criteria
  • Document and report nonconforming materials when discrepancies are identified
  • Support inventory replenishment for production operations
  • Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits
  • Maintain consumable inventory and monitor expiration dates where applicable
  • Help process returned products and support decontamination procedures
  • Assist with unloading deliveries and organizing incoming materials

Shipping & Logistics

  • Prepare finished products and materials for shipment
  • Coordinate domestic and international shipments using major carriers and freight providers
  • Determine appropriate packaging methods based on shipment requirements
  • Generate packing slips and shipment documentation within the ERP system
  • Coordinate pickups and deliveries with carriers and logistics vendors
  • Operate pallet jacks, hand trucks, and other material handling equipment as needed

Continuous Improvement & Facility Support

  • Support workplace organization and continuous improvement initiatives including 5S and Lean practices
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
  • Assist with general operational support across the facility as needed

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years of experience in receiving, shipping, inventory control, logistics, or material handling
  • Experience working in a manufacturing or production environment
  • Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus
  • Comfortable using inspection tools such as calipers or gauges
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Self-starter who can work independently with minimal supervision
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Solid communication skills and basic Microsoft Office proficiency

Nice to Have

  • Experience supporting regulated manufacturing environments
  • Exposure to medical device, electronics, or precision manufacturing industries
  • Familiarity with Lean manufacturing concepts or continuous improvement practices
