About the Role
We are hiring a Mitigation Project Director / Department Leader to oversee day-to-day mitigation and remediation operations across a busy service area.
This role leads teams responding to water, fire, and environmental damage events, ensuring projects are executed quickly, safely, and in compliance with insurance requirements and industry standards.
You will be responsible for team leadership, job performance, estimating, and operational execution across a high volume of active jobs. This is a fast-paced, high-accountability role that requires strong decision-making, leadership, and the ability to operate in an emergency-driven environment.
