Executive Search Consultant – Healthcare Leadership

About the Role 

We’re seeking a driven, entrepreneurial Executive Search Consultant to join our healthcare leadership practice. This is a high-impact, client-facing role where you’ll lead executive searches, build relationships with healthcare organizations, and deliver talent solutions that shape the future of care. 

 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Develop and manage relationships with healthcare clients and executives. 
  • Lead business development efforts and secure new search engagements. 
  • Define leadership needs and success criteria. 
  • Source, assess, and present executive-level candidates. 
  • Deliver compelling proposals and presentations. 
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and collaborate across teams. 

 

Qualifications 

  • 5+ years in executive search, sales, or healthcare consulting. 
  • Proven success in consultative selling and client management. 
  • Strong communication, presentation, and influence skills. 
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for healthcare. 
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
