Key Responsibilities

• Build and manage long-term relationships with healthcare executives and organizational leaders.
• Lead business development efforts to secure new, high-value search engagements.
• Consult with clients to define leadership needs, success criteria, and hiring strategies.
• Source, evaluate, and present executive-level candidates with precision and discretion.
• Deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and weekly progress updates.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, market insights, and pipeline management.
• Collaborate across internal teams to ensure a seamless client and candidate experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in executive search, sales, healthcare consulting, or related fields.
• Proven track record in consultative selling and client relationship management.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and influence skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for healthcare leadership.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required for exceptional experience.
