CEO — CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

MUST-HAVE BACKGROUND

• P&L ownership at a telehealth, health IT, or integrative medicine company
• Demonstrated ability to scale a platform business through Series A/B
• Experience selling into or operating within federal health systems (VA, DoD, CMS preferred)
• Comfortable in a founder-led, equity-heavy, pre-revenue environment
• Ability to attract and close investor relationships

NICE TO HAVE

• Veteran or military-connected background — strong cultural alignment
• Prior experience with SDVOSB or government contract vehicles
• Network within integrative, functional, or longevity medicine space
• Familiarity with AI/agentic health platforms

TITLE HISTORY TO TARGET CEO, President, or COO at a Series A–C digital health, telehealth, or govtech company. Candidates currently in a #2 or divisional president role at a larger health system who are ready to step into a CEO seat are also worth considering.
