We are partnering with a leading, highly respected healthcare organization in California to identify an accomplished Executive, Operations – Ambulatory Surgery Center. This executive-level role offers the opportunity to lead ASC operations across a defined region, with responsibility for quality, patient experience, operational performance, and financial results.
This position is ideal for a seasoned healthcare leader who thrives in complex environments and enjoys working closely with physicians and senior leadership to drive strategic and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide executive oversight of Ambulatory Surgery Center operations across a geographic region
- Drive high standards in quality of care, patient satisfaction, and operational performance
- Partner closely with physicians and clinical leadership to support efficient, patient-centered care
- Lead financial planning, budgeting, and performance management
- Oversee capital planning and operational investments
- Implement policies, procedures, and initiatives aligned with organizational strategy
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Extensive experience leading healthcare operations, ideally within ASC or physician practice environments
- Strong background working in managed care markets
- Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships with physicians
- Executive-level leadership, communication, and decision-making skills

Compensation:
- Salary range equivalent: approximately $268K–$320K base
