Wellness Program Manager 

Our client (academic medical institution) seeks an experienced wellness program manager. Reporting directly to the Center Director, the manager will oversee the development, daily operations, and evaluation of community wellness programs. 

The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, project management experience, and the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders, including community members and offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the advancement of wellness and functional health programs.   

Key Responsibilities: 

• Develop, manage, and evaluate community wellness programs under the guidance of the Osher Center Director. 
• Coordinate virtual educational events, including scheduling, presenter coordination, event registration, and managing Zoom webinars. 
• Implement various programs and initiatives. 
• Develop, manage and evaluate wellness programs and data collection.  
• Ensure project timelines, adherence to standard procedures, and compliance with university regulations. 

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor's Degree required. 
• Seven (6+) years of relevant work experience. 
• Strong interpersonal skills and teamwork.
