Overview

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who takes ownership of projects and is looking for long- term growth within a stable and expanding company. This is a remote position and any licensed surveyor will be considered due to our client's national practice. Licensed professionals within TX and FL are preferred.


This is a mid-senior level position with advancement opportunity. The salary will depend on level of skill and experience as well as license and location.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee land surveying projects from start to finish
  • Supervise and support field crews to ensure accuracy, efficiency
  • Perform and/or review boundary surveys, including property line layout
  • Ensure all work meets company and state standards
  • Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal team members
  • Prepare and review survey plats, reports, and related documentation
  • Maintain project schedules and budgets


Qualifications

  • Active Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) license (required)
  • Strong knowledge of boundary surveying and land survey principles
  • Experience with project management and crew leadership
  • Proficiency with surveying equipment and relevant software
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
